At Hi-Rise Victoria, the 5x7" vertical format ad slick is standard throughout our network, and is indeed also compatible with our colleagues in other cities. With the 5x7" ad, it is possible to book even a relatively small package of advertising, that can be rotated around the city, with an option to change either locations or copy monthly at no extra charge over and above the cost of production. It's even possible and there is no extra placement charge to have different ads in specified buildings if you wish.
Another format, which is offered in our parkades is an 8.5x14" ad , and in every one of our residential locations we offer both the RESIDENT'S GUIDE and the HI-RISE MALL.
The Resident's Guide
The Hi-Rise Mall
The RESIDENT'S GUIDE is 8.5 x 14' overall. It features 7 ads: One horizontal 1/5 ad (approximately 4" x 2") four - vertical 1/5 ads (approximately 2" x 4.5") and two 1/2 square ads (approximately 4" x 4").
The HI-RISE MALL is 5x7" overall, and features ads in three sizes: 1/8 (approximately 2.5" x 1.5"), 1/4 (approximately 5" x 1.5") and 1/2 (approximately 5" x 3")
Both the RESIDENT'S GUIDE and THE HI-RISE MALL include design and printing at no extra charge.

Electronic artwork files accepted via email: tif, jpg,
eps, pdf.
$25.00 output and proofing charge.
Artwork may be supplied by client. However, finished artwork
in minimum duplicate quantity must be available by the
third week of the month before publication.
Ad Copy Date:
Ads are re-posted city-wide in the first week of each
month.
15% Agency commission applicable to accredited advertising
agencies.
Terms:
First month down with booking. Accounts are billed net
30 days.

Cancellation:
Advertiser may only cancel a contractual agreement on 60
days written notice, submitted by registered mail to Hi-Rise
Advertising, 212-1027 Pandora Ave., Victoria, B.C., V8V
3P6. In the event of such a cancellation, an advertiser
who has received a frequency discount agrees to pay an adjustment
to the rate applicable to the number of insertions used. |
